OptionFlys provides educational market commentary, research, chart analysis, and related content. Our content is not personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice; an offer or solicitation; or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

Memberships, Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Membership subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable monthly or annual rate until cancelled. To prevent the next renewal, you must request cancellation before your next billing date by sending us a direct message in the private OptionFlys Slack community or emailing support@optionflys.com from the email used at signup. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not refund the current billing period or any previous payment. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for all charges authorized through your account.

Intellectual Property

The website, its content, charts, research, text, graphics, educational materials, signals, software, indicators, and branding are owned by or licensed to OptionFlys, LLC and are protected by applicable law. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, record, screenshot for distribution, republish, share, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from OptionFlys content without our prior written permission.

The website may link to third-party websites or services. OptionFlys does not control and is not responsible for their content, practices, availability, or products.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
